Our program is open to those who are:
Funded by the Canada - British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement, the program is provided at no cost to those who are eligible. To apply, please complete the online Registration Form or contact our office.
Our program is open to those who are:
- unemployed or under-employed (working fewer than 20 hours per week)
- entitled to work in Canada
- skilled as a professional
- motivated to be self-employed
- referred by a recognized case manager
